Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals—primarily those with autism and/or learning disabilities—live with greater independence, dignity, and choice. You’ll be part of a team that champions person-centred support, enabling people to thrive in their own homes and communities.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with everyday tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and household routines
- Support individuals to access community services, activities, and opportunities
- Provide personal care where required, including bathing and dressing
- Work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins and weekends, as part of a rota
